Our story: 20 years of innovation since 2006
It all started in 2006. The founders saw that the market lacked innovative solutions for automating and digitalising customer processes – so they took matters into their own hands and founded the Swedish tech company Sweet Systems.
For 20 years we have developed solutions for automated customer processes, and our growth is stronger than ever. Today the platform brings together CRM, digital forms, automation, analytics and AI. We don’t stand still – we keep driving change, for our customers and for ourselves.

We are passionate about making everyday work simpler for our customers. But we also believe that some of life’s most important lessons don’t happen at a desk – they happen on a basketball court.
